As stated by AAP senior leader Atishi, Kejriwal directed her to address water and sewer issues in certain parts of the city.
Days after Delhi chief minister Arvind was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate, Aam Aadmi Party leadership and Congress scheduled a Maha Rally, which will be attended by INDIA bloc parties on March 31 at Ramlila Maidan.

However, the BJP has maintained that Kejriwal is a ‘corrupt’ politician and anti-money laundering agency has proof against him.
Arvind Kejriwal was arrested by teh ED on 21 March. He is in remand until 28 March following the Rouse Avenue Court’s Friday order.
Atishi Statment: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Run The Government From Jail
AAP leader Atishi stated, “We have always declared that Arvind Kejriwal will manage the government from jail. He will remain the Chief Minister of Delhi. We filed a complaint with the Supreme Court. Our lawyers are approaching the Supreme Court. We are going to request that the Supreme Court have a quick hearing tonight.”
Atishi, speaking at a press conference this morning, stated that Mr Kejriwal has asked the department to guarantee adequate water delivery in the affected districts.
He further advised the minister to seek the assistance of Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena, if necessary.
‘I’ve discovered that there are water and sewer concerns in sections of Delhi. I’m worried about this. People should not have to deal with these issues because I am in jail.
Tankers should be arranged for areas where there is a lack of water, and appropriate instructions should be sent to officials so that people do not experience any difficulties,” Mr Kejriwal stated in his directive.

The Delhi chief minister Arvind exhorted everyone Friday to continue working for society and not to dislike anyone, including those in the ruling BJP.
His wife, Sunita Kejriwal, read out the message.
“Several forces, both internal and external, are eroding India. No jail can hold him in custody for long. “I will come out soon and keep my promises,” the Delhi Chief Minister stated in his statement.

A former law officer at Delhi’s Tihar Jail claims that a prisoner can only attend a maximum of two meetings each week, making it hard for Delhi Chief Minister Arvind to properly carry out his duties as Chief Minister.
The only way to support Delhi Chief Minister Arvind’s administration from within the confines was to place him under house arrest.
The lieutenant governor has the authority to turn any structure into a prison, and if Delhi Chief Minister Arvind persuades him to place him under house arrest, he will be able to participate in the daily operations of the Delhi government.
Delhi Chief Minister Arvind holds a Maha rally On March 31
The opposition INDIA group plans to conduct a “maha rally” on March 31 at Delhi’s Ramlila Maidan, which will include AAP and Congress leaders.
Aam Aadmi Party national general secretary Dr Sandeep Pathak said, “Those joining the March 31 INDIA bloc rally ought to show up with ‘Main Bhi Kejriwal’ stickers plastered on their automobiles.”
The general secretary said he received a directive from incarcerated Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal to attend a rally on March 31. All assembly constituencies will hold meetings with all councilors on March 26 to prepare for the March 31 protest.
