Last week, videos and photographs of the influencers from unidentified sources began circulating on social media, which Shah has categorically denied and labeled as deepfakes.
“These are all British Pakistani people inside this, and they only came after me because I rescued a girl who was being blackmailed,” Shah said, referring to her accusations as representatives of the “mafia.”
Scotland Yard Has Offered Protection to Hareem Shah
In response to Hareem Shah’s accusation, both Slough police and the UK government’s Modern Slavery Human Trafficking Unit (MSHTU) launched investigations.
As a precaution, Shah was advised to transfer from her recognized residence near London to a new, safe apartment set up by the police to protect her from any threats and abuse.
A London Police spokeswoman verified to this reporter that Hareem Shah, whose actual name is Fiza, had filed a police report concerning certain persons claiming she was being blackmailed, pursued, and intimidated. Hareem Shah approached the police after a disagreement with several people she knew in Manchester and lived with.

The incident began when a number of British Pakistanis contacted Pakistani media members, claiming that Hareem had taken £6000 in a robbery in Manchester and fled the city for London.

Following Hareem Shah’s complaint to the London Police, the inquiry has expanded to include Slough police and the UK government’s Modern Slavery Human Trafficking Unit (MSHTU).
The police verified to Geo News that Hareem Shah had been advised to flee her known residence just outside of London and move to an alternate location supplied by the police to protect her from individuals who, according to Hareem, were knocking on her friends’ doors looking for her.
Hareem Shah fled Pakistan over a year ago and has not returned since. She claims she now lives permanently in London.

In an interview, Hareem Shah stated, “Mafia members threatened me. They tormented and persecuted me in numerous locations.
I went to the police and provided proof of their blackmail. The police accepted the proof I provided and launched an inquiry. Now, the police, the Home Office, and the local government are safeguarding me, and I am grateful.
It’s simple: if I stole their money, they should contact the police and take me to court. It is a falsehood. This group turned against me when I rescued a female who was being blackmailed.”
Hareem Shah remains in the public spotlight, with recent attention focused on her husband, Bilal Shah, who was reported missing after arriving in Karachi from London several months ago.
Hareem Shah claims her husband’s disappearance was planned, citing her activism and social media presence. However, Bilal’s family claims that his imprisonment was tied to investigations into Hareem’s internet activity, namely her disabled Twitter account.
