Sadhguru Surgery: A Spiritual Leader’s Health Fear after Brain Bleed.

Headline: Spiritual leader ‘Sadhguru’ Jaggi Vasudev suffered brain surgery shortly after attending the India Today Conclave 2024 on March 16.

According to a statement from Delhi’s Indraprastha Apollo Hospital,  Sadhguru had to undergo surgery after an MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) detected significant bleeding in his brain.

Within a few hours of his admission, a team of specialists including Dr. Vinit Suri, Dr. Pranav Kumar, Dr. Sudheer Tyagi, and Dr. S Chatterjee performed an emergency Sadhguru Surgery to stop the bleeding in his skull. Sadhguru was weaned off the ventilator following surgery.

Sadhguru surgery undergone in a Delhi hospital for a life-threatening brain bleed, according to a statement from his Isha Foundation. He is recuperating well and performing “above and beyond expectations,” according to the report.

“The neurosurgeons at Apollo Hospital chopped through my head, looking for something. But they discovered nothing… empty,” Sadhguru Surgery news was shared from his hospital bed following surgery in an Instagram video.

According to the statement, Sadhguru has had a bad headache for the past four weeks.

The symptoms got severe by the afternoon of March 14 when he landed in Delhi, according to the Foundation. “On the advice of Dr Vinit Suri of the Indraprastha Apollo Hospitals, Sadhguru underwent an urgent MRI, which revealed a massive bleed in the brain.”  

Sadhguru’s health has deteriorated: indications and hospitalization

According to the report, there was both chronic and fresh bleeding in the hours preceding up to the assessment.

According to the report, he refused to be hospitalized until he completed his ongoing work responsibilities.

Sadhguru’s condition worsened on March 17, when he complained of weakness in his left leg, a growing headache, and persistent vomiting.

Sadhguru Surgery came as “He was eventually admitted. A CT scan revealed a significant increase in brain edema and a potentially fatal shift of the brain to one side… he underwent emergency surgery on his brain within hours of admission to stop the bleeding in his skull. Sadhguru got off the ventilator following surgery,” it was stated.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke with the spiritual leader, wishing him a swift recovery.

“Spoke to Sadhguru Ji and wishing him well-being and a quick recovery,” PM Modi wrote on Twitter.

Kangana Ranaut Reflects on Sadhguru Surgery

Kangana Ranaut has commented on Sadhguru’s operation. She stated that it never occurred to her that ‘he is bones, blood, and flesh just like us’.

The actress, who frequently shares photos from her meetings with Sadhguru as well as her visits to the Isha Foundation in Coimbatore, tweeted on Wednesday night, “Today when I saw Sadhguru ji lay on ICU bed I was suddenly hit by the human nature of his being alive, before this it never happened to me that he is bones, blood, and flesh just like us.” 

She went on about Sadhguru Surgery to say, “I felt God had collapsed, the earth had shifted, the sky had abandoned me, I felt my head spinning, I couldn’t make sense of this reality and chose not to believe it, but then I broke down; today, millions of people (devotees) share my grief, and I want to share my pain with you all; I can’t contain it. He had best be fine or the sun and the earth would not rise or move. “This moment seems lifeless and still…” 

Stars and leaders extend their wishes for Sadhguru’s Surgery recovery

Numerous celebrities and political people posted messages on social media wishing Sadhguru a speedy recovery.

External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar wished Sadhguru a fast recovery. In a post on X, Jaishankar wrote, “Deeply concerned about @SadhguruJVji’s operation. Wishing him a swift and complete recovery.

Sadhguru also uploaded a video on his Instagram account from his hospital bed. “The neurosurgeons at Apollo Hospital chopped through my skull looking for something, but they found nothing — it was empty. So they gave up and patched things up. “Here I am in Delhi with a patched-up skull but no damaged brain,” he stated in a cheerful tone. 

The 66-year-old spiritual leader, who founded the Isha Foundation, has launched environmental conservation initiatives such as ‘Save Soil’ and ‘Rally for Rivers’.
